Custom Printed Apparel

Due to the personalized nature of our custom printed products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our Commitment:

  • If your custom item has a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • We will issue a store credit or discount coupon for future purchases if we determine the product is defective.
  • You may be required to provide photos of the issue for quality control purposes.

Pre-Designed Merchandise

For our standard merchandise with pre-existing designs (as advertised on product pages), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Can I exchange my custom item for a different size? Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate size exchanges for custom printed items due to the personalization process. Carefully review our size charts before ordering.
  • How long does it take to receive my refund? Refunds for qualified standard merchandise returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item, plus your bank's processing time.
  • What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. For damaged custom items, we'll prioritize reprinting your order at no additional cost.
